PHILADELPHIA, PA (May 9, 2016)—CFAR, Inc.—a private management consulting firm with offices in Philadelphia and Boston—has been named one of the Best Management Consulting Firms of 2016 in the U.S. by Forbes.
The rankings were based on data from two surveys: (1) a colleague survey among partners and project managers from management consultancies and (2) a client survey among senior executives who had previously worked with management consultancies. CFAR was fortunate enough to rank in both surveys: with the distinction of having a “Disproportionately High Number of Client Recommendations” in the Strategy category—and a “Disproportionately High Number of Colleague Recommendations” in the Healthcare category.
This news comes at a particularly exciting time for CFAR, which is on the heels of a recent leadership transition, with Debbie Bing—Principal, member of CFAR’s Board of Directors, and co-leader of the firm’s family- and owner-led business practice group—assuming presidency of the firm in January of this year. “Placing on Forbes’ rankings is, in and of itself, an honor for CFAR,” said Bing, “But we’re particularly excited by the fact that our rankings reflect positive views from both our clients and our colleagues. This recognition reflects CFAR’s deep commitment to our clients, and is a testament to the cumulative effort of all who have been a part of CFAR.”
CFAR believes that organizations create sustained competitive advantage by encouraging employees and leaders alike to fully bring themselves to their work, so that it reflects who and how they are, not just what they do. With an ever growing network of returning, ongoing, and new clients, after 30 years, CFAR continues to live into its reputation—now, a Forbes verified one—as a highly recommended management consulting firm, fully committed to both the clients that it serves and the colleagues with whom it collaborates.
