Tom Gilmore presents Leadership Transitions: Joining and Leaving as Entry points impacting Organizational Performance at the Gould Center for Psychoanalytic Organizational Study and Consultation monthly case conference series at IPTAR.
Participants will discuss and gain an understanding from attendees experiences and also from cases from CFAR engagements in both public and private sectors to reflect and learn about their experience with leadership and with and consulting roles to managing/leadership roles that involve exit or entry from organizations.
