CFAR sponsors Dynamics of Consulting, a nine day program, held in New York, organized into three modules of three days each. The program’s background is based on the premise that advanced consultants learn best from case discussions. Using case learning as a springboard, faculty members help participants link case material to theories of consulting dynamics, organizational process, and executive decision-making. Useful theory will help participants apply the learnings from cases to their own practice. Participants also have an opportunity to consult to each other, and to learn from their experience of the group process.
